 Mike
Pristow, GRI
Mike Pristow feels as though he was born into
Real Estate. In his younger years his family was very actively involved in
brokerage and Escrow in the Northern Nevada Real Estate market, including Lake
Tahoe, and he assisted in the development of several custom properties.
After completing High School, Mike spent several years
in active duty with the US Air Force, then the reserves.
Upon leaving the Air Force, Mike became an IT Manager,
which brought his family to the South for several years. Mike transitioned to
sales and enjoyed successful years with his fortune 100 clients, until he
decided to return to his first love, Real Estate and Las Vegas.
Mike is involved in selling both residential and
commercial, and also writes commercial leases, is a member of his market
center’s Agent Leadership Council and teaches technology classes to assist
Realtors across the city. He is also a member of the Nevada Association of
REALTORS® Leadership Group. Mike was selected as a 2007 Five Star Agent and was also named a 2008 Five Star Agent, based on an independent survey of people who had
recently used a real estate agnet. Less than 3 percent of the real estate agents in the
Las Vegas area were named Five Star Agents.
 Donna
Hodge, MA, CRS, GRI
Donna Hodge has been a licensed real estate agent
since January 1984. She has been with Keller Williams Realty
since January, 1997.
Donna moved to Las Vegas in the summer of 1960. She
graduated from public high school in Las Vegas and earned her Bachelor of Arts
Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 1978, and her Master’ of
Arts Degree from the same institution in 1983.
She has two grown sons. Her husband is a graduate of
the University of Nevada, Reno, and is an electrical engineering consultant.
Donna holds the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and
CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations, from
the National Association of REALTORS®, and has in excess of 1000 hours of
continuing real estate education. She
has received numerous office awards for production, and for team spirit.
Donna is a member of the UNLV Alumni Association, The
Archaeological Conservancy, the Nature Conservancy and a
variety of other organizations. She knows and loves the Southern Nevada area,
from Red Rock Canyon to Mount
Charleston and beyond.
When not selling real estate, she takes care of her
assortment of pets, works on her cabin in the mountains,
reads, and tries to write the “Great American Novel.”
Donna has a strong commitment to professionalism, and service to her clients.
She has a well-known reputation for
absolute integrity in all her dealings. She truly believes in the Keller
Williams philosophy of "Win-Win or No

 Elizabeth
"Liz" Rutherford, REM
Originally from Texas, Liz Sherley has been a Flight
Attendant with Southwest Airlines for 17 years. She is
currently based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Liz graduated from San Antonio College with a degree in
Real Estate Management. During the savings and Loan
meltdown, she had as many as 261 listings at one time. She worked as Director of
Marketing for a new home builder in Nashville, Tennessee, where she personally
sold over 300 homes and supervised the sale of hundreds more.
Liz currently lives in Las Vegas with her 10 year old daughter and two dogs.
She is on the Board of Directors of
the Junior League of Las Vegas, a women’s philanthropic organization dedicated
to improving lives in the
community.
She decided that by joining forces with Mike and Donna,
she would be able to indulge both her passions, flying and
real estate. Mike and Donna have the systems in place to assist her reach her
goal of providing outstanding
service to her real estate clients.
 Nichole
Montagano, Assistant
Nicole Montagano, originally from Northwest Indiana,
moved to Las Vegas in 2005. She is an assistant to Mike and Donna, and is also a
promotional model. She attends The College of Southern Nevada and plans to
obtain her Real Estate license in the near future, to become a REALTOR®.
Nicole is eager to learn and become successful. When it comes to work, Nicole is
always punctual and professional. Her dedication to "doing it right" makes her
the perfect assistant, and her knowledge of computer marketing has made her
indispensable in pushing the Teams' listings to hundreds of internet websites.
Being an only child, Nicole spent a lot of time absorbing
knowledge from her elders. In Nicole’s younger years, her parents were involved
in the buying and selling of houses, and she developed an early interest in real
estate when she helped “fix-up” rental properties that her parents owned.
When Nicole is not hard at work she enjoys spending time with
her beloved fur-children, Scrub and Sadie. Nicole also has a passion for cooking
and baking. Nicole played basketball in leagues for seven years, and still
enjoys picking the ball up in her free-time. She enjoys watching sports and
being outdoors. She loves to fish, hike, swim, ride quads, ski, ride horses, and
anything else that will get her adrenaline pumping. She like to try new things,
and would love to skydive one day. Nicole loves to stay active, but also enjoys
“movie nights.”.
 Miss
Tootsie
Miss Tootsie is our mascot. She knows nothing about real estate, but
she makes everyone laugh. |
